Crash for Cash Ebay - Worthing Boys' Club - UK

Check this out folks! There's an Ebay auction in progress on some Crash Bandicoot art from yours truly! It's for the benefit of the Worthing Boys' Club in the UK! Matt who is active on my blog has arranged it.

http://www.worthingboysclub.co.uk/

The Worthing Boys' Club was formed in 1936 and is a long standing Registered Charity. It's purpose os to cater to the mental, physiocal and spiritual development of young men of 8 to 18 years of age. The Worthing Boys' Club operates 3 nights a week and on school holidays. They rely entirely on donations to keep things going.

You can contribute to this fine institution by bidding for a rare Crash Bandicoot item. It's a color print of a picture of Crash I drew in 1999 for the child of a close friend. I have since used copies of the work to give to special fans. Believe me guys, there are not very many of these out and about at all. A signed picture of Crash from my hand is quite rare and a genuine collector's item considering that someday I'll be dead and you know what happens to art then!

Also your participation in the Worthing Boys' Club Ebay auction will help to establish a value to Crash art. Right now the signed print is at a whopping 5.50 British pounds. Around $8.37 US. Such a deal! Started out at .99 so we're making progress!

There's only three days and 12 hours left to the auction as of this writing so hurry and place a bid if you're so inclined.

Here's a photo below of the signed print and also the link to the Ebay auction.

On behalf of the Worthing Boys Club many kind thanks and best wishes to all!

I was wondering when I could grab my hands on a rare Crash item! Hopefully this one would start a collection!

Hey Charles, did you know that you and Joe's art for the characters is in auction too? They're all signed by Andy Gavin but they're very pricy but they're only copies if the originals.

I also remember of one you did for Spyro too around the same time.

Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity Charles!

Those ones signed by Andy aren't originals Pat, those are prints.

Hey Charles, I was just informed that Josh Mancell (composer of the PS1 Crash games and the Jak trilogy) just signed copies of the originals to the same foundation!

What a coincidence! Ain't it?

Matt's hustling for the Club! Hope it works out well for all.

I don't know what's being auctioned or sold aside from what I provided. If there's prints of Crash art by Joe and myself signed by Andy, well, I don't know what to say about it other than he's not the artist. None the less maybe it'll get more Crash cash.

By the way I noticed that the bid is now 16 pounds. That's a pretty good leap from yesterday. It's somewhere around $24.35 US.

Thanks for making these available I have been wanting to buy some crash stuff for a while and the fact that its going to a worthy cause makes it even better! Also if you get a chance, I'm working on a remake of Crash Bandicoot 1 (though its more of an art piece than anything) and would love some feedback from one of the original creators.

Looks like the auction had a positive result. Glad it worked out.

The Crash art I saw on your site looks really nice HD. I like the color scheme and the feel of the environment. Good work!

It did indeed! I was quite surprised that the spyro went for more than the crash one though!

How did it go? Would you leave a link to the Spyro auction please. Can't find it on Ebay.
