My student on TV in LA - August 25 2013

Things have been pretty good lately at my school The Animation Academy in Burbank. For some reason the past few weeks it seems like the world is catching on to us. After many years of dedicated service to the industry and community we're being widely referred to and getting increased activity and enrollment.

The momentum keeps building as one of my students made a surprise appearance on local television in Los Angeles on the venerable 9:00 Sunday Morning News on KTLA. I started getting phone calls from friends who told me their kids saw someone on the air who said he was my student and mentioned my school.

Turns out Carlos Del Castillo and his father were on the program. Carlos is a very talented young artist who started with me a few months ago at age 12. He's among our youngest students as he's recently turned 13. We take on young artists who exhibit exceptional talent. During the broadcast he mentions my name and acknowledges The Animation Academy in Burbank. Check it out...

How I have to pay to study in your school? XD, just kidding, I wish to be one of your students but Italy is too far away...
By The way this news is great, I hope your school continues to grow and become even more known around the world.

Thanks guys. It's good to be getting recognition. We don't have a budget for advertising and word of mouth has been very effective for us for a long time. It seems to be kicking in more than usual as of late.

Hey Charles, it's great that you and one of your students is getting recognized by the media!

Beside being credited in the games you designed, it's nice to finally see you being credited in other some form of entertainment!

WOAH! Charles, you didn't tell me that Anyone could go to the Animation Academy. Don't judge me or anything, but I honestly thought that it was a College type place.

Well, since I'm moving to Los Angeles soon (I live in Arizona), I'll try to be a student there.

Feel free to check out my artwork:

Hi Pat. Yes indeed, I'm very happy that both my student and my school are getting some well deserved attention.

Jacob, your work is pretty good! I wasn't aware that you're an artist.

The Animation Academy is a vocational training program that operates as a professional workshop. We've helped develop many of the industry's super star artists. We've been around for more than 15 1/2 years and significantly influenced animation in that time and still to this day.

We're a small school that is very specialized. We don't advertise, we don't charge a lot to attend, and we are loved by the community. We've accomplished so much I can't begin to tell you.

Our students are excellent and outstanding. They become the standard by which every similar training program in this area is judged.

I've done a lot of projects over the years but nothing compares to the Academy. I consider it the greatest success of my career.

Anyone looking to join is welcome to contact us to arrange a portfolio review. We're in Burbank California in the geographical heart of the capital of the industry.
